I would like to go to Gent but I don't know what I can rent for myself there.
Famous Duke Hotel wants you at least for 1 week. I asked the owner if I can book a room just for 3 days there, but she told me its not possible.
I've never thought about Aalst. Is anything to rent there ? For single person ? I hate all these shared apartments/houses working 24/7 in Belgium. If you know discreet apartment or aparthotel in the area ,please , pm me

E40 Motel in Wetteren is an option. (never been there.)
I also visited a lady who works from the Ibis hotels in Gent city center.
Another lady which I know works from Van der Valk in Gent.
In Melle there is an appartment, but it's shared. And not so discrete.
