hello everyone

question for those who have more experience. When visiting a girl and you have doubts if she is a trans before selling the service she should report this? I say this because in the Netherlands, sex work is legal. So I guess they can't try to sell you something that doesn't correspond to what you're looking for, it would be a fraud.

I have known stories of guys with doubts about the sexual identity of the prostitute in the window since when it comes to attention like a blowjob they don't even undress and many other bad practices of a business that is supposed to be regulated in that country.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. If so, can a moderator move it to where it belongs?

Thanks

In the Netherlands, a born male can, after surgery and legal procedures, legally become a woman.

It would be the right thing to do of them to inform sex partners of this history, but there is no legal requirement whatsoever, and if they decide to just call themselves a woman, they are legally correct.

When in doubt, and if it matters to you, you can always just ask. And no, not everyone will enjoy getting that question ;)

and many other bad practices of a business that is supposed to be regulated

Yes it's supposed to be regulated, but in reality, no lawmaker or enforcer is gonna say something about the level of service that's provided.
