You are right that the most popular ladies often won't be available on short notice. You'll need to plan well in advance. Finding a nice luxury location will also be a challenge. But, the idea is wonderful.

I often arrange dates 4 or even 6 weeks ahead of time.
I think the anticipation is part of the enjoyment, so planning (or having to plan) ahead is necessarily a bad thing
