I try to minimize my interaction with her, but some things will inevitably need to be discussed and, no matter how polite I am, she is usually unnecessarily difficult and rude. I am not saying this as someone with an agenda. She seems to do a very good job overall in running her agency, and it is better than its competitors in many aspects. It is just a shame that the communication has to be so unpleasant and uncomfortable.
